Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of related experience.
• Experience with requirement gathering, establishing goals, operating procedures, and workflows.
• Knowledge of workflow analysis and lean improvement techniques.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Engage departments to analyze operations and processes; identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather, document, and manage business requirements; create functional designs and user stories.
• Collaborate on solution design or system modifications; ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Support testing activities (test cases, scripts) and user acceptance; develop user documentation and manuals.
• Coordinate change initiatives; facilitate adoption and integration with enterprise applications.
• Track benefits and outcomes; maintain requirements traceability.
