Job summary

Cox Automotive seeks a Performance Consultant II to build strong relationships with OEM corporate and field teams as well as dealership clients. You will ensure customers' needs drive priorities, decisions, and product utilization to promote retention and adoption of Xtime products.

The role requires proactive engagement with dealership decision makers, delivering consultative recommendations and actionable insights to improve product usage across services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent with relevant OEM/dealership experience.
• Minimum 1 year working directly with dealerships in advisory or account management roles.
• Strong understanding of dealership processes and operational readiness in enterprise and dealer contexts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to discuss technical issues with non-technical customers.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with OEM corporate/field teams and dealership clients to ensure retention and product utilization.
• Provide consultative recommendations and actionable insights to increase product utilization across Xtime products and services.
• Travel up to 75% for on-site consultations and client engagements; remote work when not traveling.
• Lead quarterly KPI reviews with OEM regional management and participate in OEM meetings to align objectives.
• Represent Cox Automotive at conferences and with dealer groups; deliver regional workshops and best practices.
