Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a Payment Sales Consultant in the FIG segment to drive revenue by delivering strategic payment solutions to financial institution clients.

You will lead multi-disciplinary engagement with Treasury, Merchant Services, and Product teams to address client needs and expand our embedded payments capabilities. The role requires a proven track record in enterprise sales within payments, strong relationship management, and the ability to navigate complex negotiations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related sales, treasury management, or payments experience.
• Demonstrated success managing complex consultative sales engagements with multiple decision-makers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow Payments, Merchant Services, and Commercial Card business within FIG.
• Coordinate with Treasury, Merchant Services, Commercial Cards, and product teams to deliver solutions.
• Manage existing relationships and identify new business opportunities, achieving sales and revenue goals.
