Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing, business, or related field, or comparable professional experience.
• Experience in proposal writing, proposal coordination, sales enablement, or a deadline-driven role; tech/payments/public sector procurement experience preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication, translating technical concepts into clear customer language.
• Ability to interpret solicitation requirements, organize compliant responses, manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Attention to detail, quality control, organization, time management, and accountability.

Responsabilités

• Enterprise Payments focus: Build knowledge of solutions, buyers, competitors, and market trends to support responses.
• End-to-end coordination: Manage proposals from kickoff through submission, schedules, deadlines, tracking, reviews, approvals, and CRM data.
• Compliance and structure: Analyze requirements and ensure forms, attachments, and submissions are addressed.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Sales, product, marketing, legal, implementation, security, finance, and other SMEs.
• Risk and status: Communicate progress, dependencies, risks, and decisions to stakeholders; escalate when deadlines or compliance are at risk.
• Proposal strategy and writing: Develop clear, customer-focused boilerplate and narratives from approved content and SME input.
• Content and knowledge management: Create reusable content and knowledge repositories for efficiency.
• Editing and quality control: Review materials for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and messaging.
• Broader RFP support: Assist non-Enterprise Payments proposals as capacity allows.
