Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer for Enterprise Payments to optimize end-to-end workflows and drive continuous improvement across the payments platforms.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and implement standardization, automation, and reporting enhancements. The role requires 5+ years in process engineering or related fields, a bachelor’s degree in business or related area, and solid experience in banking or payments operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in process engineering, business process management, operations, enterprise payments, or related disciplines.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in auto finance, consumer lending, banking, payment operations, or other financial services environments, with proven success leading process improvement initiatives across multiple business functions.

Responsibilities

• Understand, analyze, and optimize end-to-end processes supporting Enterprise Payments.
• Conduct root cause analysis using DMAIC, SIPOC, Value Stream Mapping, 5 Whys, Kaizen workshops, and other process improvement techniques.
• Design and implement process improvements, standardization efforts, automation opportunities, and operational enhancements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance SOPs, process maps, workflows, and related process documentation.
• Develop and maintain reporting, metrics, dashboards, and trend analysis to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with business and technology partners to implement process enhancements and ensure regulatory requirements are met.
