You will identify, design, and implement process enhancements that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements, working with IT and compliance teams.

Lead enterprise process management initiatives, manage complex programs, and mentor teams in Lean Six Sigma and data-driven performance measurement across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred; experience with process improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams on complex projects.
• Familiar with financial services regulations and compliance requirements.

• Facilitate process improvement projects using Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma and other methodologies.
• Collaborate with business leaders to define issues and propose AI-enabled solutions.
• Manage timelines, budgets and deliverables for complex initiatives.
• Lead enterprise process management system implementation and taxonomy.
• Partner with IT, operations, compliance, and customer service to develop solutions.
