Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in auto finance or regulated financial services environments.
• Proven success leading cross-functional process improvement and remediation initiatives.
• Knowledge of AML, OFAC, PCI-DSS, NACHA, CFPB, UDAAP, FDCPA, and FCRA.
• Experience developing SOPs, workflows, process maps, and facilitating workshops.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and remediate compliance findings, control gaps, and regulatory requirements impacting Payments.
• Identify root causes and translate findings into actionable process improvements.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, workflows, and job aids.
• Support audits, regulatory examinations, and corrective actions.
• Conduct process discovery sessions, mapping workshops, and Kaizen initiatives.
• Develop reporting, metrics, dashboards, and trend analyses to monitor performance.
