Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services, Inc. (SFS) is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to optimize operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement across the enterprise.

You will lead cross-functional teams, apply Lean Six Sigma and AI-enabled solutions, manage complex programs, and partner with IT, compliance, and operations to implement process enhancements that meet regulatory standards. Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of process management experience in Operations, Finance, or Regulatory.
• Expertise in Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred) and other process improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-functional teams in process improvement projects using Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
• Consult with business leaders and define issues with recommendations to improve current state with AI-enabled solutions.
• Manage complex initiatives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
• Lead the Process Engineering Framework roadmap, including standards and enterprise process management system.
• Collaborate with operations, compliance, IT, and customer service to develop AI-driven solutions.
