Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in process engineering, business process management, operations, enterprise payments, or related disciplines.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and process improvement practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to analyze and optimize end-to-end processes supporting Enterprise Payments.
• Conduct root cause analysis using DMAIC, SIPOC, Value Stream Mapping, 5 Whys, Kaizen workshops.
• Design and implement process improvements, standardization, automation, and operational enhancements.
