Qualifications

• Experience in process engineering or BPM in financial services or payments.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and process improvement.
• Experience creating SOPs, process maps, workflows, and documentation.
• Experience with reporting, dashboards, and data analysis to inform decisions.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and project management practices.

Responsabilités

• Analyze, evaluate, and optimize end-to-end processes for Enterprise Payments.
• Conduct root-cause analysis using DMAIC, SIPOC, VSM, 5 Whys, Kaizen.
• Design and implement process improvements, standardization, and automation.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, and performance controls.
• Collaborate with business and technology to meet regulatory requirements.
