Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services in the United States is seeking a Process Engineer focused on Enterprise Payments Compliance & Remediation to strengthen regulatory alignment, build robust SOPs, and drive sustainable improvements across payment operations.

You will partner with Compliance and business stakeholders to remediate findings, map processes, lead workshops, develop dashboards, and support audits, with 0–10% travel and a requirement to live within commutable distance to Atlanta.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in process engineering or related.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Experience in regulated financial services environments.
• Knowledge of AML, OFAC, PCI-DSS, NACHA, CFPB, UDAAP, FDCPA, and FCRA.
• Strong MS Excel, data analysis, and process mapping skills.
• Willingness to travel 0-10% and live within commutable distance to Atlanta.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and remediate compliance findings and control gaps.
• Analyze regulatory requirements and identify remediation opportunities.
• Develop and implement SOPs, process maps, and workflows.
• Lead process discovery sessions and Kaizen-style workshops.
• Create dashboards and metrics to support audits and exams.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Audit and business stakeholders.
