Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in partner or enterprise account management.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience with service delivery, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Analytical and data-driven with strategic recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience in a hybrid, multicultural, matrixed environment.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end operational relationship with partners (onboarding, integration, service delivery).
• Monitor and report on SLAs and KPIs.
• Identify and resolve operational issues; escalate as needed.
• Ensure adherence to processes and compliance.
• Advocate for partner needs within Rocket Travel by Agoda.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on requirements.
