Role Overview

A dynamic Marketing Manager focused on supporting and advising white‑label travel platform partners. Works closely with Partner, Product Owners and the broader Marketing team to tailor marketing strategies for partner growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute partner‑specific marketing strategies that drive growth and optimize campaigns.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, provide actionable insights, and recommend optimizations.
• Guide partners in adopting strategies aligned with their goals and our business objectives.
• Focus on maximizing contribution margin and ROI while ensuring partner satisfaction and long‑term engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams—sales, product, analytics, operations—to ensure smooth execution.

Key Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant marketing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven marketing experience in e‑commerce, travel, or SaaS environments.
• Experience in a consultative or advisory role, preferably with a consulting background.
• Strong analytical skills with basic SQL knowledge (advanced SQL a plus).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to develop clear presentations and engage stakeholders.
• Exposure to sales and understanding of how partnerships contribute to revenue growth.
• Track record of leading multi‑stakeholder initiatives successfully.

Compensation

Base salary: $105,000‑$125,000 (Chicago metro area). Eligible for annual bonus.
