Job summary

Rocket Travel by Agoda is seeking a Partner Manager to drive growth of an Enterprise partnership in the Americas. You will combine relationship management with rigorous data analysis and commercial strategy to identify trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

You will develop executive-level reviews and partner presentations, benchmark the competitive landscape, and work across Finance on billing reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics or related field.
• 5+ years with Excel, SQL and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Ability to translate data into strategic partner recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise partnerships in the Americas with data-driven insights.
• Build partner-facing narratives and executive reviews.
• Analyze partner, customer, product, and financial data for trends.
• Develop campaigns, placements, and product improvements.
• Coordinate with Finance on billing reconciliation.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive growth.
