Rocket Travel by Agoda is seeking a Partner Success Manager to join our Customer Experience Group in Chicago. In this highly operational and customer-facing role, you will manage large-scale enterprise partners, ensuring exceptional service delivery and meeting or exceeding agreed service levels and KPIs.

You will collaborate with Operations, Enablement, Project, Commercial, and Support teams to deliver on partner requirements, drive improvements, and support new launches while advocating for

Formación

• 2+ years in partner/enterprise account management with large-scale clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience managing service delivery, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Analytical and data-driven, with ability to synthesize information.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to influence senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid, multicultural, matrixed environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end partner onboarding, integration, and service delivery.
• Monitor and report performance against SLAs and KPIs.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate as needed.
• Ensure adherence to processes and compliance.
• Advocate for partner needs across internal teams.
• Collaborate with Operations, Enablement, Project, Commercial, Support for improvements.
• Support partner launches and service enhancements.
• Track and report partner performance and provide insights.
