Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect to lead high-impact engagements with enterprise partners like Salesforce and Adobe. You will drive co-solutioning, education, and enablement, building trusted relationships with executive and technical stakeholders across Stripe and partner organizations.

You will architect strategic partnerships, develop enablement plans, and guide technical conversations, demos, and roadmaps, while collaborating on content and solutions that scale with Stripe's

Qualifications

• Minimum: 10+ years in a customer-facing engineering role (solutions engineer/architect).
• 7+ years in Commerce space and Order-to-Cash ecosystem (Salesforce/Adobe).
• Executive engagement with senior decision makers; build credibility.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills for customer meetings.
• Deep understanding of SDLC and API architecture.
• Clear written/spoken communication; able to explain complex concepts.
• Willingness to learn Stripe products (Payments, Billing, Connect).
• Experience integrating systems in an enterprise tech stack (ERP/CRM/Billing).
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and time effectively.
• Experience with Salesforce tech stack & ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Build consultative, trusted relationships with executives and technical decision makers.
• Architect strategies to expand Stripe partnerships with Salesforce/Adobe ecosystems.
• Lead enablement plans and technical deep-dives with partners.
• Collaborate with CTOs/engineers to share roadmaps and define engagement strategy.
• Provide guidance during the sales process to ensure joint success with partners.
• Educate Stripe GTM teams on Salesforce solutions and capabilities.
• Develop technical content (samples, demos) for partner use cases.
• Offer partner-focused feedback on Stripe products to executives.
