Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect for the Commerce Partners initiative. The role focuses on building deep executive relationships and technical leadership with enterprise partners such as Salesforce and Adobe, shaping monetization strategies and co‑solution offerings built on Stripe.

You will lead technical discussions, develop enablement plans, and guide partner sales processes to drive mutual success while evangelizing Stripe solutions across partner ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a customer-facing engineering role such as solution consultant, solutions architect, or sales engineer.
• 7+ years in Commerce space, Order-to-cash processes and ecosystem (Salesforce, Adobe commerce).
• Executive engagement skills with ability to establish relationships with key decision makers.
• Effective group facilitation and leading customer meetings for strategic opportunities.
• Understanding of SDLC and API architecture.
• Outstanding written and spoken communication; able to explain complex concepts.
• Ability to learn Stripe solutions (Payments, Billing, Connect...).
• Understand ERP/CRM/Billing integration in enterprise ecosystems.
• Experience with Salesforce technology stack & ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Build highly consultative trusted relationships with executives and technical decision makers at Stripe, Salesforce, Adobe and partner ecosystem.
• Architect business models to drive monetization opportunities and growth.
• Develop and execute enablement plans.
• Engage with CTOs and engineering leads to share roadmaps and define strategies.
• Provide guidance during the partners' sales process to ensure mutual success.
• Educate Stripe GTM teams on Salesforce solutions and capabilities.
• Collaborate on technical content (sample code, demos) for use cases.
• Advocate for key partners within sales regions and identify partnership opportunities.
