The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in labels/packaging sales, a university degree in Marketing or Business, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 9+ years of direct B2B enterprise sales or business development experience in labels, packaging materials, or packaging solutions.
• Proven track record of targeting and generating labels or packaging opportunities with leading FMCG brands and major European retailers.

Responsibilities

• Drive lead generation and build a substantial pipeline; manage accounts in SFDC and collaborate with sales to convert leads into defined outcomes.
• Identify unmet needs and provide insights for product development and market positioning.
• Navigate long enterprise cycles and translate sustainability initiatives into commercial wins.
• Link the sales team to the converter channel to fulfill demand.
