Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 10+ years of related experience in business development, sales, product management, or marketing.
• Experience in industrial applications requiring pressure-sensitive labels that last the life of a product (face, adhesive, liner).
• In-depth understanding of regulatory compliance needs, including UL and segment-specific requirements.
• Proven territory analysis, sales penetration strategies, and negotiating complex transactions.
• Strong financial acumen and excellent communication skills at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic and tactical growth plans for the Durables business.
• Build and nurture relationships with converter partners, end-users, and global teams.
• Investigate market dynamics, value chain activities, and industry certifications.
• Build a robust business opportunity pipeline and drive product development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely commercialization and customer satisfaction.
