MCC Label is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive packaging solutions for strategic accounts on the West Coast. You will partner with the Director, Sales, to execute strategy, build relationships with end users, and guide projects from quote to sampling while highlighting MCC's value.

The role requires 5–10 years in business development with packaging/paper or printing background, strong communication and analytical skills, and willingness to travel ~50% across the region.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required; with 5-10 years' relevant business and industry experience.
• Demonstrated printing or packaging experience is required.
• Read and analyze the most complex documents; strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships at all levels and influence others.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to create and customize presentations.
• Experience with CRM - Salesforce.com a plus; 50% travel.
• Location: West coast region; strong packaging/printing knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities and guide all parties through quoting, proofing and sampling for projects.
• Support the Business Development Director and communicate MCC's value proposition on packaging solutions.
• Develop and execute a pull strategy by building relationships with end users and influencers.
• Collaborate with Sales to assess customer needs and recommend products and solutions.
• Report on sales funnel to assist demand and supply chain planning.
• Maintain supplier relationships and leverage R&D/Technology teams for new designs.
