Job summary

Accenture’s Enterprise Operating Model practice seeks a Senior Manager to lead transformations across strategy, design, activation and optimization for utilities clients. You will partner with C-suite leaders to co-create future ways of working, guiding programs end-to-end with data-driven insight and a people-first approach.

You will mentor teams, build trusted client relationships, and drive cross-functional collaboration across technology, operations, GenAI & data analytics to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of consulting or strategic design experience.
• Experience in utilities sector preferred.
• Strong storytelling and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior clients to define transformation roadmaps.
• Design future-proof operating models for large organizations.
• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff.
• Develop data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Drive change management and value realization strategies.
• Travel as required (80%–100%).
