Accenture is seeking a Senior Strategy Consultant to partner with senior leaders on enterprise transformations. You will design and implement operating models, drive value realization, and lead cross-functional teams across strategy, design, and execution.

Expect extensive client interaction, data-driven decision making, and global collaboration. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years in strategy/design with 5+ years in consulting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 12+ years experience in Organization Strategy & Design, Operating Model Design, Shared Services Design.
• Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience.
• Strong communication, data insights, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior clients on their biggest business challenges.
• Evaluate actionable solutions, value, and roadmap to deliver and sustain change.
• Design future-proof, agile enterprise operating models.
• Build organizations top-down and bottom-up using leading methodologies and digital tools.
• Lead teams to drive insights using data models and visualization tools.
• Travel as required, 80% - 100%.
