Accenture is seeking a senior leader to drive large-scale transformations in Utilities, focusing on Energy Retail and Customer Operations. You will work with C-suite executives to shape strategic roadmaps, oversee delivery, and leverage AI and analytics to improve customer experiences and operational performance.

This role requires deep industry expertise and a proven track record of revenue growth and change management.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in utilities with focus on Retail, Customer Operations, and Meter-to-Cash transformations.
• Proven track record leading large transformation programs and modernizing billing systems.
• Experience as a senior client advisor with executive stakeholder engagement.
• Strong consulting, commercial acumen, and P&L management abilities.
• Expertise in digital transformation, data analytics, and AI for customer operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transformation programs across Energy Retail and Customer Operations, guiding strategy to execution with digital transformation focus.
• Serve as trusted advisor to C-suite and senior executives, shaping priorities and driving business outcomes including growth and cost optimization.
• Define market-leading offerings in Energy Retail and Customer Transformation, including data-driven customer experiences and AI-enabled operations.
• Originate and close high-impact opportunities, shaping deals and value propositions to grow practice.
• Oversee multi-disciplinary delivery teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes, accountability, and best practices across engagements.
• Act as a thought leader in the Utilities industry, contributing to external eminence, client workshops, and IP development.
• Build and scale high-performing teams with emphasis on mentorship and an inclusive leadership culture.
• Collaborate across Accenture’s ecosystem to deliver integrated solutions with cross-functional impact.
