Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager-level SAP Finance transformation leader to drive end-to-end finance programs for Utilities clients. You will translate client goals into actionable SAP roadmaps, architect end-to-end Finance solutions, and guide large delivery teams across global centers.

You’ll engage with senior finance executives, shape business cases, and align SAP capabilities with industry best practices. Travel 0–100% may be required, and you’ll operate in a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• 6+ years functional/technical SAP Finance experience (GL, AR, AP, Asset Account, Product Costing)
• 4+ years SAP project delivery for Utilities clients
• 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations with planning, estimation & architecture
• Experience leading design decisions, system build, testing, cutover and go-live in SAP Finance
• Experience managing SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery model
• Prior Consulting/Advisory experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years’ work experience) or Associate’s with 6 years’ experience

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior client Finance executives on business challenges and SAP value
• Lead SAP journey definition with business cases & roadmaps, incl. sales origination
• Architect end-to-end Finance solutions leveraging SAP technologies, custom apps, add-on solutions
• Explain SAP's Business AI strategy and identify AI value areas
• Deploy AI use cases within SAP delivery to improve efficiency and delivery
• Advise, design and deliver Finance solutions based on SAP best practices
• Lead large project teams onsite or within Accenture
• Stay current on regulations, trends and innovations in your area
• Be a thought leader, build assets and transformation expertise
