Qualifications

• 12+ years in utilities or related sectors with deep expertise in Utilities Retail, Customer Operations, and Meter-to-Cash transformation.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs, including SAP or Oracle CIS implementations.
• Proven ability to advise senior executives and manage P&L in complex engagements.
• Strong consulting acumen and ability to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Expertise in using data, analytics, and AI to drive operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, end-to-end transformation programs across Energy Retail and Customer Operations.
• Serve as trusted advisor to C-suite and senior utility executives, shaping strategy and outcomes.
• Define market-leading offerings in Energy Retail and Customer Transformation; drive deal strategy and close opportunities.
• Oversee multi-disciplinary delivery teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes and accountability.
• Be a thought leader, contributing to external eminence and IP development; mentor senior talent.
