Job summary

You will build lasting client relationships, mentor teams, and drive thought leadership while delivering scalable, future-ready operating models aligned with business strategy. Travel heavily as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in organization strategy & design or operating model design.
• Strong client relationship management and storytelling skills.
• Experience across multiple industries is a plus.
• MBA or equivalent graduate degree is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior clients on major business challenges.
• Evaluate solutions, value, and roadmaps to deliver change.
• Design agile, future-proof operating models across enterprise and functions.
• Lead and mentor teams; synthesize insights with data models and visuals.
• Travel 80%–100% as required.
