Traild is a high-growth SaaS company redefining how finance teams operate, combining AI, automation and payments infrastructure to power B2B finance. You will own the full onboarding journey for enterprise clients, collaborating with Solutions Engineering, Tech and Product to get them live and deliver lasting value.

As the first Enterprise Onboarding Manager in North America, you will drive complex implementations, manage senior stakeholders, and ensure adoption while tracking CSAT and outcomes

Competenze

• Strong project management, owning scoping, timelines and risk.
• Technical aptitude across integrations and workflows, collaborating with Engineering and Product.

Mansioni

• Drive enterprise implementations (>$100K ACV) from scoping to go-live and beyond.
• Own end-to-end client journey from onboarding to successful adoption.
• Provide user training, technical support and troubleshooting during implementation.
• Collaborate daily with Solutions Engineering, Tech and Product to move implementations forward.
• Build trusted relationships with enterprise stakeholders and maintain CSAT >90% across portfolio.
• Own personal KPIs including go-live targets and adoption outcomes; contribute to process improvements.
• Maintain momentum in complex environments and avoid unnecessary escalations.
