Job summary

Altruist is seeking an Onboarding Program Lead, Enterprise to own the onboarding experience for its largest and most complex firms, including $1B+ RIAs, aggregators, and API‑first platforms. You’ll run the most complex Enterprise engagements, define playbooks and milestones, and set standards for the broader team.

You’ll engage with COOs, CCOs, and principals, influencing outcomes from day one. This is an individual contributor role with potential people leadership as the team scales.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in implementation, onboarding, transitions, or solutions consulting within financial services; time at a custodian or large RIA preferred.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 required.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise implementations.
• Executive presence with strong written, verbal, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Enterprise onboarding engagements for large firms and migrations.
• Translation of a firm’s structure, tech stack, and operating model into actionable transition plans.
• Design engagement programs around organizational specifics and sessions for the right audiences.
• Develop and maintain playbooks, milestones, and knowledge transfers for scalable onboarding.
• Provide credible guidance and escalating risks when complexity exceeds the playbook.
