Job summary

AllVoices is seeking a Technical Implementation Manager to lead complex Enterprise onboarding projects in a fast-paced environment in Santa Monica, CA. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, design technical configurations, and drive customers to value quickly with a proactive approach.

You will own API integrations, data ingestion, and SQL validation, while ensuring security, governance, and effective success metrics.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in SaaS implementation or technical account management.
• Proven success owning complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise projects end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, JSON payloads, and debugging integrations.
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying and validating customer data.
• Ability to read logs, inspect API responses, and diagnose issues across systems.
• Exceptional communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strategic mindset with proactive communication and strong leadership.
• Experience improving onboarding documentation, processes, and training content.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise onboarding projects from kickoff to launch with white-glove service.
• Own project plans, timelines, and milestones to keep deliverables on track.
• Lead technical configuration, including API integrations and HRIS/case-management data ingestion.
• Identify and mitigate blockers before escalation occurs.
• Diagnose issues across systems, logs, and data flows beyond UI problems.
• Partner with customer IT on security, data governance, and integration best practices.
• Serve as AllVoices SME to HR leaders and IT admins for implementation guidance.
• Develop deep knowledge of AllVoices product capabilities and logic.
• Prioritize effectively and delegate components when appropriate.
• Contribute to onboarding content and training optimization.
• Track onboarding success metrics: time to launch, adoption milestones, and satisfaction.
