Job summary

AllVoices is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager to support HR tech customers remotely in the United States. You will own enterprise relationships, lead API implementations, and ensure accurate data ingestion and reporting across systems.

You will collaborate with Product & Engineering to translate customer feedback into improvements, and drive adoption and value delivery while maintaining strong, trust-based partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical client support or technical account management.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Strong experience with APIs (REST/GraphQL) and data integrations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical point of contact for accounts, handling data queries and API troubleshooting.
• Guide customers through API implementations, including authentication and data mapping.
• Work with HRIS-like data structures to ensure clean ingestion and reporting accuracy.
• Diagnose complex issues across systems, logs, and data flows.
• Partner with Product & Engineering to translate feedback into actionable insights.
• Drive adoption strategy and monitor customer health signals to mitigate risk.
