Lennox is seeking an Enterprise National Account Advocate in Seattle to support strategic National Account customers, oversee onboarding, inventory, orders, warranties, returns, and disputes, and coordinate training with internal teams.

The role requires associate’s degree with preference for a bachelor’s, 2+ years in related roles, and the ability to travel up to 50% with a company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service, account management, branch operations, implementation, sales support, or related experience.
• Experience supporting National Accounts, customer onboarding, implementation projects, or complex customer environments preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a primary contact for assigned National Account customers via in-person, phone, and email.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for successful program adoption.
• Manage orders, inventory inquiries, warranty claims, returns, and disputes.
• Identify and resolve customer issues; escalate as needed.
• Provide deployment and implementation support for new programs and initiatives.
• Coordinate and facilitate training for customers and internal teams.
• Develop strong relationships with customers, branches, sales, and supply chain partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet service levels and milestones.
• Monitor account activity and implementation progress for quality and satisfaction.
• Support process improvements to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and program activity.
