Job summary

Lennox International, a global HVAC leader, is seeking an Enterprise National Account Advocate to support strategic National Account customers both onsite in Seattle and remotely. You will lead onboarding, order support, inventory management, warranties, returns, and disputes, while coordinating cross‑functional training and ensuring SLAs are met.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service, account management, branch operations, implementation, sales support, or related experience.
• Experience supporting National Accounts, onboarding, implementation projects, or complex customer environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for National Account customers via in-person, phone, and email interactions.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for successful implementation of National Account programs.
• Manage orders, inventory inquiries, warranty claims, returns, and dispute resolution requests.
• Provide deployment and implementation support for new programs, products, and initiatives.
• Coordinate and facilitate operational, sales, and technical training for customers and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, branch operations, and supply chain partners.
