Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with account research, competitive intelligence, and customer data analysis.
• Maintain a competitive intelligence tracker and assist with CRM hygiene and activity logging in Salesforce.
• Help maintain the executive account health dashboard and prepare account briefs, one-pagers, and executive summaries for customer meetings.
• Participate in customer meetings and internal strategy sessions to gain exposure to enterprise mortgage technology sales.
