You will join the Sales Associate Intern role supporting enterprise mortgage technology sales across Encompass and MSP portfolios, attend weekly sessions with industry leaders, and participate in customer meetings to gain exposure to the sector.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a degree program and advancing to junior year in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present to executives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with Salesforce a plus.
• Curiosity about financial technology, mortgage industry, or enterprise SaaS sales; AI enthusiasm a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with account research, competitive intelligence, and customer data analysis.
• Maintain a competitive intelligence tracker and assist with CRM hygiene and activity logging in Salesforce, including AI-powered tools rollout.
• Help maintain the executive account health dashboard and prepare account briefs and summaries for meetings.
• Participate in customer meetings and internal strategy sessions to learn enterprise mortgage technology sales.
• Perform additional duties and contribute to projects as assigned.
