Job summary

You will participate in weekly sessions, connect with peers, and deepen understanding of financial services and mortgage industries while preparing for customer meetings and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a degree program and advancing to junior year.
• Pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to synthesize information for executive audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce a plus).
• Curiosity about financial technology, mortgage industry, or enterprise SaaS sales; AI enthusiasm a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with account research, competitive intelligence, and customer data analysis.
• Maintain a competitive intelligence tracker and assist with CRM hygiene and activity logging in Salesforce, including AI-powered tools rollout.
• Help maintain executive account health dashboards and prepare briefs, one-pagers, and executive summaries for customer meetings.
• Participate in customer meetings and internal strategy sessions to gain exposure to enterprise mortgage technology sales.
• Perform additional duties and contribute to projects as assigned.
