Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
• 7+ years of sales experience in financial services, fintech or enterprise SaaS.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quota — both personally and through a team.
• Strong understanding of the mortgage lifecycle data and technology solutions.
• Ability to build relationships at multiple levels, from practitioners to C-suite.
• Clear, confident communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with ICE Mortgage Technology products, services, and capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and holding the team accountable to them.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline to cross sell and retain clients.
• Partner with product, marketing and client success to ensure clients get full value from our platforms.
• Forecast accurately and report on pipeline health, deal progression and team performance to senior leadership.
