Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Principal to be the first dedicated Commerce and AdTech/MarTech domain expert within a new Pan-Amazon ProServe team.

You will translate Amazon's proven commerce and advertising capabilities into solutions that ProServe teams globally can bring to customers across all industries and geographies. You will work alongside domain experts in Supply Chain, Customer Experience, and Agentic AI to shape offerings and connect customers to the breadth of Amazon's business

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical specialist in customer-facing roles.
• Experience integrating MarTech solutions within enterprise environments that include complex SaaS ecosystems and data infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate cross-BU pursuits when opportunities involve commerce or advertising alongside other Amazon domains, aligning the right experts and sequencing engagement from qualification to close.
• Serve as the ProServe bridge to Amazon Ads, Amazon Retail, and DSP organizations — making ProServe delivery capabilities visible and accessible to those teams.
• Support deal structure alongside regional advocates to ensure customer value is clear and delivery is feasible for commerce/advertising engagements.
• Drive the creation of reusable integration assets and solution accelerators so subsequent customers deploy in weeks what the first took months to build.
• Engage partners to confirm delivery capacity, expanding reach so commerce and advertising solutions scale beyond direct ProServe involvement.
• Navigate competing priorities across geographies, industries, and Amazon business units with high judgment and a bias for customer outcomes.
