Job summary
Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Principal to serve as the first dedicated Commerce and AdTech/MarTech domain expert within a new Pan-Amazon ProServe team.
This high-visibility role defines a repeatable, scalable offering for enterprise customers and will translate Amazon’s commerce and advertising capabilities into ProServe solutions across industries and geographies. You will work with domain experts in Supply Chain, Customer Experience, and Agentic AI, shaping pursuits alongside
Qualifications
- 8+ years of technical specialist in customer-facing roles experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field.
- Experience integrating MarTech solutions within enterprise environments that include complex SaaS ecosystems, CRM platforms, and data infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate cross-BU pursuits involving commerce or advertising.
- Bridge ProServe to Amazon Ads, Retail, and DSP teams to expose delivery capabilities.
- Support deal structure to ensure customer value and feasible delivery.
- Create reusable integration assets and solution accelerators for faster deployment.
- Engage partners to confirm delivery capacity for scalable commerce/advertising solutions.
- Navigate competing priorities across geographies and business units with a bias for customer outcomes.
