Job summary

AWS ProServe is seeking a Principal to serve as the first dedicated Commerce and AdTech/MarTech domain expert within a new Pan-Amazon ProServe team. This high visibility role is paving a new path for how ProServe helps enterprise customers leverage Amazon's depth in Digital Commerce, Advertising, and MarTech to drive measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of customer-facing technical specialist experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or related field.
• Experience integrating MarTech within enterprise environments that connect advertising and marketing technology to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate cross-BU pursuits for commerce/advertising opportunities across Amazon domains.
• Bridge ProServe with Amazon Ads, Retail, and DSP teams to reveal delivery capabilities.
• Assist deal structure with regional advocates to ensure value and feasibility.
• Create reusable integration assets and solution accelerators to speed deployments.
• Engage partners to expand reach so commerce/advertising solutions scale beyond direct ProServe involvement.
• Navigate competing priorities across geographies, industries, and business units with customer outcomes in mind.
