Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Principal to establish the first dedicated Commerce and AdTech/MarTech domain expert within a new Pan-Amazon ProServe team.

This high-visibility role translates Amazon's commerce and advertising capabilities into repeatable enterprise offerings across geographies. You will work with domain experts to connect customers to the breadth of Amazon's business units and drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical specialist in customer-facing roles experience
• Experience integrating MarTech solutions within enterprise environments that include complex SaaS ecosystems, CRM platforms, and data infrastructure, with the ability to connect advertising and marketing technology to broader business outcomes
• Degree in advanced technology, or AWS Professional level certification

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate cross-BU pursuits when opportunities involve commerce or advertising alongside other Amazon domains, aligning the right experts and sequencing engagement from qualification to close.
• Serve as the ProServe bridge to Amazon Ads, Amazon Retail, and DSP organizations — making ProServe delivery capabilities visible and accessible to those teams.
• Support deal structure alongside regional advocates to ensure customer value is clear and delivery is feasible for commerce/advertising engagements.
• Drive the creation of reusable integration assets and solution accelerators so subsequent customers deploy in weeks what the first took months to build.
• Navigate competing priorities across geographies, industries, and Amazon business units with high judgment and a bias for customer outcomes.
