Job summary

JLL is seeking an Enterprise Sales Lead for Enterprise Portfolio Solutions to drive revenue growth across top global occupier clients. You will lead a pursuit team of Solution Managers, Brokerage Leaders, and Advisory professionals to deliver comprehensive outsourcing solutions.

The role emphasizes strategic problem solving, client relationship building, and collaboration across Markets, with travel to major cities as needed and a base salary plus uncapped bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years proven experience in sales or business development with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven ability to develop solutions for global Fortune 500 clients in outsourcing, leasing advisory and brokerage.
• Track record of closing new business or expansion sales using structured processes.
• Demonstrated credibility and ability to present ideas to clients and influencers.
• Committed to delivering client value and win/win outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Owns and leads all aspects of the sales process, nurturing relationships and contracting outsourcing solutions.
• Deep experience in Portfolio Services including Lease Administration, Consulting, Transaction Management and Leasing Advisory.
• Collaborate with Markets and Portfolio Solutions teams to deliver full value of ONE JLL.
• Maintain CRM and follow sales processes to grow a robust pipeline.
