Job summary
JLL is seeking an Enterprise Sales Lead for Enterprise Portfolio Solutions to drive revenue growth across major occupier clients and lead a cross-functional pursuit team. Qualifications
- 10+ years proven sales or business development experience.
- Proven ability to develop opportunities and close new business.
- Experience with structured sales processes and tools.
- Experience selling to global Fortune 500 companies.
Responsibilities
- Owns and leads the full sales process, nurturing relationships and contracting outsourcing solutions.
- Leads pursuit team including Solution Managers, Leasing Advisory, Brokerage, and Marketing.
- Develops relationships with external RFP consultants and JLL Brokers.
- Maintains CRM with accurate sales reporting and process adherence.
- Exceeds revenue quotas and target margins.
- Collaborates with Markets and JLL Technologies to deliver ONE JLL.
