Job summary

Accenture LearnVantage in Illinois is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to orchestrate enterprise client delivery across instructor-led, on-demand, accelerators, and blended offerings. You will coordinate with Sales, Courseware Development, Technology, Operations Delivery, and client stakeholders from planning through completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of project and program management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ed tech, enterprise learning, or learning operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud, AI, data or programming to speak credibly with client technical stakeholders.
• Experience with project management tools and LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned client upskilling and reskilling programs across multiple teams from planning through completion.
• Serve as the operational lead for private instructor-led deliveries with cross-functional collaboration.
• Plan and implement delivery for blended deals, sequencing components for a cohesive client experience.
• Participate in client meetings to provide program design, delivery options, and tradeoffs.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships with sponsors and success managers.
• Translate client needs into internal requirements and decisions for delivery teams.
• Own program reporting covering progress, engagement, risks, and next steps.
• Track delivery commitments, surface risk early, and manage escalations.
• Drive process improvements and standardization for instructor-led and blended deliveries.
