Accenture LearnVantage, Accenture’s enterprise learning division, is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to act as the central operations lead for complex client programs, coordinating Sales, Courseware Development, Technology, and Operations Delivery from planning through delivery.

You will design, staff, and sequence learning solutions that blend instructor-led, on-demand, accelerators, and other offerings, build trusted client relationships, and translate needs into actionable plans and

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of project and program management experience.
• Minimum 2 years in ed tech, enterprise learning, or learning operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Responsabilités

• Lead client upskilling and reskilling programs across multiple teams.
• Serve as operational lead for private instructor-led deliveries with sales and delivery teams.
• Plan and implement delivery for deals combining ILT, on-demand learning, accelerators and other offerings.
• Participate in meetings with clients to discuss design options and tradeoffs.
• Build trusted relationships with client program owners and sponsors.
• Translate client needs into clear internal requirements, plans and decisions for the delivery team.
• Own program reporting for clients including progress, learner engagement and risks.
• Track delivery commitments, surface risk early and manage escalations.
• Drive process improvements and standardize private IL deliveries and programs.
