Job summary

Pearson seeks a commercially minded Portfolio Manager to own the performance and direction of Knowledge Suite and Pearson Live Training within Enterprise Content and Training. You will shape pricing, packaging, and go-to-market decisions while coordinating cross-functional teams for successful launches.

You will lead portfolio strategy, leverage data to justify investments, and partner with sales, marketing, and solutioning to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

4+ years in product or portfolio management in enterprise learning or B2B subscription offerings
Experience influencing revenue, pricing, or P&L from insight through launch
Strong data fluency to support portfolio and investment decisions
Proven ability to work with enterprise sales and cross-functional teams across functions

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day commercial performance and P&L for Knowledge Suite and Pearson Live Training
Propose pricing, packaging, and GTM strategies aligned with leadership
Develop and maintain the portfolio roadmap and define success metrics
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget launches
Apply AI tools to portfolio work to enhance outcomes
