Job summary

Pearson is seeking a commercially minded portfolio professional to own Knowledge Suite and Pearson Live Training revenue, margins, and P&L within ECT's broader plan. You will translate market insight into strategy, price and package offerings, and guide cross-functional teams to successful launch and scale.

You will lead the roadmap, define metrics, partner with product, marketing, and sales, and apply AI to improve learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management or portfolio management in enterprise learning or L&D.
• Proven ability to manage revenue, pricing, or P&L outcomes.
• Ability to translate customer insights into strategy and roadmaps.
• Excellent communication and storytelling for senior enterprise buyers.
• Experience working with cross-functional, matrixed teams.
• Fluency with AI-enabled transformation in learning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build current insight into transformation and AI-enabled learning opportunities.
• Analyze competitors and strengthen Pearson's market position.
• Define vision and strategy for both offerings and align teams.
• Define effective learning outcomes for employees.
• Build portfolio roadmap with priorities for leadership review.
• Define requirements and success metrics with learning designers.
• Partner with product management to align roadmaps with learner needs.
• Use outcomes data to improve the portfolio and decide investments.
• Apply AI tools in portfolio work responsibly.
• Develop pricing, packaging, and business cases for exec review.
• Equip sales with narratives, demos, ROI stories, and client materials.
• Coordinate across functions to support decision-making.
