Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Team Manager, Portfolio Management for Enterprise Content & Training to lead scalable enterprise learning programs and drive measurable outcomes in AI, leadership, and workforce transformation. You will own portfolio strategy, guide a team of content professionals, and translate customer priorities into roadmaps and commercial plans.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, and Delivery to shape solutions, accelerate execution, and ensure on-time delivery

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing teams in portfolio strategy, content development, curriculum strategy, learning products, enterprise learning or related fields.
• Strong experience translating customer needs into scalable learning solutions, portfolio roadmaps, and content strategies.
• Experience evaluating portfolio performance, customer outcomes, market opportunities, and investment priorities.
• 5+ years of people management experience, including managing mid-sized teams, setting OKRs, and cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual and quarterly portfolio roadmaps for AI literacy, AI-enabled work, leadership development, creative skills, professional skills, and workforce transformation programs for enterprise customers.
• Translate customer business challenges, workforce capability needs, market research, competitive insights, and revenue priorities into portfolio strategy and content roadmaps.
• Plan scalable enterprise learning programs and learning journeys that combine digital learning, live training, assessments, credentials, and other experiences to achieve outcomes.
• Ensure the team delivers products and learning solutions to market on schedule while meeting quality standards and portfolio goals.
• Lead and coach a team of portfolio and content professionals, establishing priorities and development plans.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, Operations, Delivery, and external partners to shape customer solutions and support revenue growth.
• Lead research and analysis on workforce, leadership, and AI adoption trends, translating insights into portfolio opportunities.
