Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Team Manager, Portfolio Management for Enterprise Content & Training to lead scalable learning solutions in AI literacy, leadership, and workforce transformation. You will own portfolio strategy and guide a team delivering content roadmaps and commercially viable learning programs.

You will translate market signals into investments, collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, and external partners, coach a mid-sized team, and use data-driven insights to drive portfolio

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading portfolio strategy and content development.
• Experience translating customer needs into scalable learning solutions.
• Strong ability to guide portfolio roadmaps and investment priorities.
• 5+ years of people management across cross-functional teams.
• Proven use of data and revenue analysis to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual and quarterly portfolio roadmaps for AI literacy and workforce transformation.
• Translate customer challenges and market insights into strategy and content investments.
• Plan scalable learning programs combining digital learning, live training, assessments, and credentials.
• Ensure on-time market delivery while meeting quality and performance goals.
• Coach a team of portfolio and content professionals and align cross-functional priorities.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Tech, Operations, and external partners to shape solutions.
• Lead research on AI adoption trends and translate insights into opportunities.
