Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Team Manager, Portfolio Management for Enterprise Content & Training to lead the development of scalable learning solutions that boost AI literacy, leadership, and professional skills for enterprise clients.

You will own portfolio strategy, guide content development, and drive data-informed decisions to grow revenue and improve customer outcomes across the Pearson portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing teams in portfolio strategy or learning products.
• Experience translating customer needs into scalable learning solutions.
• Experience in high-growth B2B learning environments preferred.
• Experience with AI literacy or workforce transformation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual and quarterly portfolio roadmaps for enterprise programs.
• Translate customer challenges and market insights into portfolio strategy and content roadmaps.
• Plan scalable enterprise learning programs combining digital, live training, assessments, and credentials.
• Ensure on-time delivery of products and learning solutions with quality standards.
• Coach and develop a team of portfolio and content professionals with clear OKRs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Tech, Operations and external partners.
• Lead research on workforce and AI trends to uncover new opportunities.
