Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Team Manager, Portfolio Management for Enterprise Content & Training to drive scalable learning programs and content roadmaps for AI literacy, leadership, and workforce transformation across enterprise clients.

The role leads a team, translates market signals into strategic investments, and collaborates across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Delivery to maximize customer outcomes and portfolio revenue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing teams in portfolio strategy, content development, curriculum strategy, learning products, or related fields.
• Experience translating customer needs and market opportunities into scalable learning solutions and roadmaps.
• Experience evaluating portfolio performance, outcomes, and investment priorities.
• Experience developing learning portfolios for workforce transformation, AI skilling, leadership and/or business transformation.
• Proven ability translating market insights into scalable content strategies and investments.
• 5+ years of people management, setting OKRs and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual and quarterly portfolio roadmaps for AI literacy, AI-enabled work, leadership development, and workforce transformation programs for enterprise customers.
• Translate customer challenges, workforce needs, market research, and revenue priorities into portfolio strategy and content roadmaps.
• Plan scalable enterprise learning programs and journeys combining digital learning, live training, assessments, credentials, and other experiences.
• Ensure on-schedule delivery of products and learning solutions while meeting quality and portfolio goals.
• Coach and develop a team of portfolio and content professionals with clear priorities and development plans.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, Operations, Delivery, and external partners to shape solutions and drive revenue growth.
• Lead research on workforce and AI adoption trends, turning insights into opportunities and market-focused solutions.
